Inspect the roof and roof space. We check the roof covering, flashings, penetrations, gutters and downpipes, and look for water tracks inside the ceiling space.
Confirm the source. Where it is safe to do so, we water-test the suspect area to reproduce the leak.
Repair the cause. We replace damaged tiles or sheets, re-seal or replace flashings, and clear or repair gutters, valleys and downpipes.
Check and explain. We check the finished repair and explain what we found, with a written report for your insurer if you need one.
